§ 110.06 BUSINESS LICENSE ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS.

   (A)   As authorized in NMSA § 3-38-1, the city finds that the licensing and regulation of certain businesses is conducive to the promotion of the health and general welfare of the municipality.

   (B)   The following business shall be subject to regulation and licensing provisions in addition to the registration requirements contained in §§ 110.01 through 110.05:

      (1)   Mobile retail vendors, as defined in § 155.005.

      (2)   Special events, as defined in § 110.07.

      (3)   Flea markets, as defined in § 155.005.

      (4)   Pawnbrokers, as defined in and subject to the regulations of NMSA §§ 56-12-1 through 56-12-16.
