Any person proposing to engage in business within the municipal limits of the city, including home occupations, shall apply for and pay either a business registration fee or a business license fee, as applicable. Each outlet, branch or location of the business shall require a separate application and fee. Business licenses are required for those businesses listed in § 110.06. All other businesses require business registration.
