§ 2.01 SHORT TITLE.
   This chapter shall be known as and may be referred to and cited as “Subdivision Chapter for the City of Eldridge, Iowa and Contiguous Area”. It embraces all the lands and properties lying within said city, and within the contiguous and adjacent lands and properties situated within the area described in § 4.00 of this chapter outside said city.
