§ 8.05 YARD WASTE.
   (A)   Yard waste, as defined in § 1.22 of this chapter, shall be separated by the owner or occupant from all other garbage and refuse accumulated on the premises.
   (B)   Yard waste shall be composed on the premises or placed in special bags, marked as specified by the city. Such yard waste bags shall be collected by the city as set forth in § 7.00 of this chapter.
