City waste collectors shall collect and remove all household waste at least once each week on such schedule as the Street Superintendent prescribes, when such waste is prepared and stored as provided in this section. Yard waste shall be prepared and collected separately. City waste collectors shall not collect and remove bulk refuse, dead animals, hazardous refuse, industrial waste or building waste, except as may be necessary in the enforcement of § 3.00 of this chapter. Refuse, garbage, rubbish, cool ashes and building debris shall be separated and stored in separate containers except that garbage and rubbish may be combined in a container as mixed refuse.
