925.01 RATES FOR ALL RESIDENTIAL, COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL USERS.
   (a)   A per unit Flat Rate shall be charged every Residential user of the Edon Wastewater System inside the Village limits as follows:
 
Beginning with the July 2022 billing cycle:
$21.25
Beginning with the January 2023 billing cycle:
$22.50
Beginning with the January 2024 billing cycle:
$23.75
Beginning with the January 2025 billing cycle:
$25.00
Beginning with the January 2026 billing cycle:
$26.25
The Flat Rate shall cover the cost of the first thousand (1,000) gallons of water rendered per billing cycle. All residential users are deemed to be one unit.
   (b)   A per unit Flat Rate shall be charged every Residential user of the Edon Wastewater System outside the Village limits as follows:
 
Beginning with the July 2022 billing cycle:

The Flat Rate shall cover the cost of the first thousand (1,000) gallons of water rendered per billing cycle. All residential users are deemed to be one unit.
   (c)   A per unit Flat Rate shall be charged every Commercial and Industrial user of the Edon Wastewater System inside the Village limits as follows:
 
Beginning with the July 2022 billing cycle:

   The Flat Rate shall cover the cost of the first thousand (1,000) gallons of water rendered per billing cycle. One unit is equal to twelve thousand (12,000) gallons of water usage per monthly billing cycle. Users will be billed by dividing their water usage for the monthly billing cycle by twelve thousand (12,000) to get the monthly units billed, with a minimum charge of unit. Example (30,000 gal water used/12000=2.5 units for that billing cycle).
   (d)   A per unit Flat Rate shall be charged every Commercial and Industrial user of the Edon Wastewater System outside the Village limits as follows:

   The Flat Rate shall cover the cost of the first thousand (1,000) gallons of water rendered per billing cycle. One unit is equal to twelve thousand (12,000) gallons of water usage per monthly billing cycle. Users will be billed by dividing their water usage for the monthly billing cycle by twelve thousand (12,000) to get the monthly units billed, with a minimum charge of unit. Example (30,000 gal water used/12,000=2.5 units for that billing cycle).
   (e)   A usage fee for each and every thousand (1,000) gallons of water rendered in excess of the first thousand (1,000) gallons covered by the Flat Rate shall be billed at the rate of four dollars and fifty-four cents ($4.54) per thousand (1,000) gallons.
