(a) Any person found to be violating any portion of Section 925.04, shall be served by the Water/Wastewater Superintendent with written notice stating the nature of the violation and providing a reasonable time limit for the satisfactory correction thereof. The offender shall within the period of time stated in such notice, permanently cease all violations.
(b) Any violation of the rules and regulations after written notice to cease and desist shall constitute a misdemeanor offense.
