§ 51.071 CONNECTIONS OUTSIDE TOWN.
   Any person owning or controlling premises located beyond the corporate limits of the town and desiring to install a plumbing system for the purpose of discharging domestic sewage and/or industrial waste into the sanitary sewers of the town may do so by complying with the requirements of this subchapter and by paying an additional permit fee and a sewer service charge to be fixed by the Town Council; provided that, the person obtains a permit therefor, as provided in § 51.066. Should the connections be made without benefit of the permit, the person’s connections to the town water or sewer system may be severed or disconnected as provided in § 51.066.
