§ 130.13 RAILROADS.
   (A)   Speed limit for trains. It shall be unlawful for any person to operate any locomotive engine or train or railroad car within the corporate limits of the town at any speed in excess of 35 mph.

   (B)   Improvement of crossings. Every railroad company or corporation and every person owning, maintaining, using, leasing or operating any railroad track across any street shall cause the track for the full width of the street crossed to be improved, both between the tee-irons and for a suitable distance outside thereof on each side of the track, so that all crossings shall afford easy and comfortable passage for vehicles and the persons thereafter shall keep and maintain the crossings in such condition.

   (C)   Blocking crossings. It shall be unlawful for any person to stop any railroad car or any railroad engine or hand car on any of the streets of the town for a longer period than five minutes continuously.
