It shall be unlawful for any person to shoot or project any stone, rock, shot or other hard substance by means of a sling shot, bean shooter, air rifle, pop-gun, bow or other similar contrivance, except on archery ranges, firing ranges or in legally established shooting galleries or ranges; or to discharge any fireworks within the city.
