§ 130.05 DOCKS.
   (A)   Commercial boats in certain areas. It shall be unlawful to store, land, dock, anchor or tie any commercial type boat or vessel exceeding 30 feet in length within town waters which abut any residential district.

   (B)   Use of town docks. It shall be unlawful for any person to dock or moor any ship, boat, barge, vessel or other water craft, other than water craft of the “rowboat” class not interfering with navigation or docking facilities, at or to the dock at the foot of Broad Street and known as the “town dock” for a period of more than five consecutive days within a period of 30 consecutive days, or to store or leave on the dock for a period of more than 24 consecutive hours any goods, wares, merchandise or other property, without first applying for and obtaining permission from the Town Manager who may, in his or her discretion for good cause, extend the time upon payment by the person to the town of the sum of an amount as set by the Town Council per day for each day the ship, boat, barge, vessel or other water craft may be docked or moored at or to the dock, or the goods, wares, merchandise or other property may be stored or left thereon during the extension.
