§ 130.04 DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
   (A)   Generally. No person shall write, draw or carve any letter or letters, word or words or device or in any way mutilate any church, public building, private house, fence or wall or write obscene words, letters, characters or drawings on any wall, fence, house, building or other public place. It shall also be unlawful to injure, damage, deface or trespass upon any property belonging to the town.

   (B)   Bridges; culverts. No person shall injure or deface any part of a bridge, culvert, ditch, drain or other property belonging to or used by the town or shall place any obstruction in any culvert, ditch or drain to prevent the free flow of water on or over the streets of the town.

   (C)   Lights; signs. No person shall injure, tamper with, remove or paint upon or deface any sign, sign post, street light, traffic signal or bulletin board or other municipal property upon the streets and sidewalks, except employees of the town in performance of their duty.

   (D)   Shade trees and shrubbery.
      (1)   It shall be unlawful for any person to attach or cause to be attached, or to fasten or cause to be fastened, any wire, cable, rope, band or any other thing to any shade tree growing on or near the streets and sidewalks, except employees of the town and the owners of the property on which the trees are growing.
      (2)   It shall be unlawful for any person to climb or throw sticks or missiles in trees or in any manner damage any tree or shrubbery growing on any property in the town whether owned by the town or an individual.

   (E)   Streets. It shall be unlawful for any person to drag or run or cause to be dragged or run any harrow or other implement, engine, machine or tool, which shall be liable in any way to injure or cut the surface thereof, upon any street or to damage or injure any street in any other manner.
