§ 130.02 BEGGING.
   (A)   lt shall be unlawful for any person to ask, beg, canvass, or solicit alms or contributions, including money and other items of value, for the private benefit of the solicitor or any other person, in any place open to the general public including sidewalks, streets, alley/driveways, plazas, parking lots, parks, buildings, doorways and entrances to buildings, and the groundways which enclose buildings.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ask, beg, canvass or solicit alms or contributions, including money and other items of value, for the private benefit of the solicitor or any other person in an aggressive manner, in any public transportation vehicle, or at any bus stop.
   (C)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ask, beg, canvass or solicit alms or contributions, including money and other items of value, for the private benefit of the solicitor or any other person, in exchange for cleaning (including windows), protecting, watching, washing, repairing, painting a motor vehicle that is in traffic or parked on a public street.
   (D)   It shall be unlawful for any person to ask, beg, canvass or solicit alms, or contributions, including money and other items of value, for the private benefit of the solicitor or any other person, on private [property].
