§ 98.07 DESTRUCTION OF OR DAMAGE TO PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to remove, damage, destroy, mutilate or deface any structure, monument, statue, planter, sign, fountain, wall, fence, railing, vehicle, bench, trees, plants or any other property in any recreation area or facility. It shall be unlawful for any person to dig, cut, bruise, mutilate or cause to be transplanted, cut, bruised, debarked or mutilated, any plant material of all and any description within any town recreation area or facility without permission of the Town Manager.
