§ 96.05 DEPOSITS ON STREETS GENERALLY.
   (A)   None of the following shall be thrown, swept, dumped or deposited on any street or sidewalk of the town:
      (1)   Lemon peel, banana peel, watermelon rind, grape skins or orange peel;
      (2)   Scrap paper, straw, rags, feathers, building material scraps, liquid wastes, lubricating or fuel oil or any other flammable or combustible wastes;
      (3)   Bottles, cans or glass;
      (4)   Tree trimmings or shrubbery, except in accordance with regulations adopted by the town for the collection of the trimmings; and
      (5)   Samples of medicines or drugs.
   (B)   If any person, while transporting or hauling or causing to be transported or hauled, any rubbish or waste material, earth excavation, coal or other material, shall throw, drop or deposit or cause to be thrown, dropped or deposited, the rubbish or material from the body of the vehicle, the person shall, upon conviction thereof, daily clean up and remove the rubbish or material in a manner satisfactory to the town. If the persons fails to remove the rubbish and the like, the town may clean up and remove the rubbish and material, and the town may collect the cost of the cleaning up and removal from the person.
