§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any violation of § 96.07 shall subject the offender to a civil penalty of $50. Violators will be issued a written citation. Each day’s continuing violation shall be a separate and distinct offense.
