§ 96.03 PLAYING AND ROLLER SKATING.
   (A)   No person shall play on any of the streets or sidewalks of the town.
(Prior Code, § 21-3)
   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person to skate on any of the streets of the town; provided that, persons may skate on the sidewalks in any place except the business section.
