§ 92.07 FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH ORDER OF FIRE CHIEF TO ABATE HAZARDS.
   Failure of an owner or tenant of any premises to comply with an order of the Fire Chief to correct a fire hazard on the premises shall be considered a misdemeanor.
