§ 92.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   (1)   Any person who shall be adjudged to have violated §§ 92.60 through 92.67 shall be subject to a civil penalty of an amount as set by the Town Council for each offense. Each 30 days that the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
      (2)   The Inspector shall make written demand for payment of the penalty assessed upon the person in violation and shall set forth in a description of the violation for which the penalty has been imposed. If payment is not received within 30 days after demand for payment is made, the town may recover the penalty, and all subsequently accruing penalties, in a civil action.
      (3)   Any person who shall be adjudged to have violated §§ 92.60 through 92.67 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall, upon conviction, be liable to a fine not to exceed an amount as set by the Town Council for each offense. Each 30 days that the violation continues shall constitute a separate and distinct offense.
      (4)   Notwithstanding divisions (B)(1), (2) and (3) above, §§ 92.60 through 92.67 may also be enforced by appropriate equitable remedies issuing from a court of competent jurisdiction.
