§ 92.05 ACCUMULATION OF RUBBISH, WEEDS AND THE LIKE.

It shall be unlawful to permit the accumulation of waste paper, weeds, litter or rubbish of any kind to remain upon any roof, lots or any other place where the rubbish and the like is liable to create a fire hazard.
