§ 9-61 DRIVING THROUGH FUNERAL PROCESSIONS.
   No vehicle shall be driven through a funeral procession, except Fire Department vehicles, police patrols and ambulances when they are responding to calls.

§ 9-62 BACKING VEHICLES.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not back it into any intersection or over a crosswalk and shall not in any event or at any place back a vehicle unless such movement can be made in safety. In addition, he shall have given ample warning to those who may be behind, by hand and horn or other signal.

§ 9-63 EMERGING FROM ALLEY OR DRIVEWAY.
   The driver of a vehicle emerging from an alley, driveway or building shall stop such vehicle immediately prior to driving onto a sidewalk or sidewalk areas extending across any alleyway, and upon entering the roadway he shall yield the right-of-way to all vehicles approaching on such roadway.

§ 9-64 DRIVING ON SIDEWALKS.
   The driver of a vehicle shall not drive within any sidewalk area except on a driveway.

§ 9-65 MOVING VEHICLE FROM PARKED POSITION.
   Cars parked shall move out in the direction headed or if they are parked at an angle with the curb they shall back out on that angle until they have cleared the other cars and shall then proceed in the direction they are most nearly headed in.
