143.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates the last sentence of Section 143.03, or Section 143.07 or Section 143.08 or any lawful order issued pursuant thereto, is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Any such violation shall constitute a separate offense on each successive day continued.
