143.08 USE OF EQUIPMENT AND APPARATUS.

Fire equipment or apparatus shall be used for the purpose of fires and emergencies only, or upon express authorization of the City Manager. No person shall at any time take any property whatsoever belonging to the Division of Fire from any place where the same may be kept and no person shall willfully destroy or in any manner damage any apparatus or property of the Division.
