(a) Any shed placed on any lot must approved by filing a application and receiving plan approval from the City of Eaton Building and Zoning Department.
(b) The fee for a residential shed accessory use permit shall be thirty-five dollars ($35.00). This fee shall include processing one (1) site plan review and one (1) inspection.
(c) No shed or accessory structure shall be placed over or within any right-of-way or utility easement. The City is not responsible for review of Section 1331.03(c); it shall be the owner's/contractor's responsibility.
