Every person applying for a permit to move a building shall submit with the application a bond in a sum satisfactory to the Building Official with good and sufficient sureties to indemnify and insure the City for any loss it may incur or damage done to public or other property or persons or for any cost that might be incurred under Section 1311.07 of this chapter because of the moving of the building in question. Every such person shall also submit with the application public liability insurance in limits satisfactory to the Building Official, insuring the City against claims for bodily injury, in a responsible insurance company approved by the Building Official.
