Sec. 8.10 PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD.

Council shall establish a Parks and Recreation Board consisting of five (5) members, one (1) to be appointed annually from its own membership, one (1) to be appointed annually by the Board of Education of the Eaton City School District from among its membership and three (3) City electors to be appointed by Council for three (3) year terms.
