Sec. 8.09 PLANNING, ZONING AND BUILDING APPEALS BOARD.

Council shall appoint five (5) members to a Planning, Zoning and Building Appeals Board. One (1) member shall be a member of the Planning, Zoning and Building Board, one (1) member shall be a member of Council and three (3) members shall be City electors. Citizen members of the Planning, Zoning and Building Appeals Board shall serve five (5) year terms.
