931.07 TRANSPORTING GARBAGE AND TRASH; PERMIT REQUIRED.
   Individuals, firms and corporations desiring to engage in the business of collecting, transporting and disposing of refuse in the City shall apply to the City Manager for a permit to do so. Permits shall be issued for the calendar year at a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per year or part thereof. All permittees shall comply with the rules, including those pertaining to the type of equipment used, which shall be established by the Director of Service pursuant to Section 931.03.
