905.02 REPAIRS GENERALLY; DUTY OF ABUTTING LOT OWNERS.

All sidewalks, curbs and gutters in the City shall be kept in good repair. It shall be the duty of every abutting lot owner to keep them in good repair. Repairs shall be made by order of the Director of Service and shall be supervised by him or his authorized representative .
