The Chief of Police or the City Manager may revoke any vehicle license provided for in Section 729.01 for any of the following reasons:
(a) Failure of the vehicle to pass the inspection provided for in Section 729.03;
(b) Violation by the licensee of any of the provisions of this chapter or of these Codified Ordinances or of any State or Federal law;
(c) Failure of the licensee to furnish continuous and overall service;
(d) Fraudulent misrepresentation in the application for the license; and
(e) Fraudulent misrepresentation, deceitful or otherwise dishonest practices in the operation of the business.
The revocation provided for herein shall be in addition to any penalty provided for in Section 729.99 or any other penalty imposed upon the licensee.
