In addition to the permit required by Section 1452.01, any person wishing to move a building shall file with the Manager a bond in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5, 000) before moving the building. The conditions of the bond shall be that the owner of the building and the person actually carrying out the work of moving the building shall comply with all laws of Ohio and ordinances of the City in the moving of the building and, further, that they will indemnify, save and keep the City harmless from all damage, liabilities, claims, losses, costs or judgments made or rendered against or suffered by the City because of the moving operations. However, in lieu of the bond, a public liability and property damage insurance policy in the amount of five thousand dollars ($5, 000) issued by a solvent insurance company and providing that the City shall be indemnified by reason of any losses sustained by reason of the liability imposed by law upon the City on account of the moving operations, may be deposited with the Manager.
