1224.11 PRELIMINARY PLAT REQUIRED.

After the preapplication stage, the subdivider shall submit a preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision which shall conform to the requirements set forth in Sections 1224.12 to 1224.17, inclusive, of this chapter. The preliminary plat shall be prepared by a qualified, registered engineer or surveyor.
