The following prices shall apply to all sales and/or services rendered after the effective date of this chapter:
(a) Graves. The cost of a grave purchased by a City resident shall be three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00), and four hundred dollars ($400.00) if purchased by a nonresident.
(b) Grave Openings. Four hundred dollars ($400.00), including use of the Chapel.
(c) Cremations. One hundred dollars ($100.00).
(d) Foundation Surcharge. Fifteen cents (15¢) per square inch. This fee shall be charged to and paid by the marker or monument company installing the foundation.
(e) Disinterments. Double the opening charge.
The City Manager is authorized to change prices from time to time under the rule-making authority set out above.
