EDITOR'S NOTE: Garbage and refuse collection and disposal are accomplished by private enterprise under the supervision of the Board of Health.
Resolution 16-92-R, passed June 8, 1992, approved the Final Draft Solid Waste Management Plan of the Carroll, Columbiana and Harrison Joint Solid Waste Management District. Resolution 9-96-R, passed December 2, 1996, approved the Final Draft Amended Plan for the District. Ordinance 3-2005, passed January 10, 2005, approved a Final Draft Amended Plan for the District. Copies of these documents may be obtained, at cost, from the Clerk of Council.
There are no sections in Chapter 1064. This chapter has been established to provide a place for cross references and any future legislation.
