1068.02 AUTHORITY OF DIRECTOR OF PUBLIC SERVICE AND CITY MANAGER.

Under the direction and control of the City Manager, the Director of Public Service shall have charge and control of and shall direct the daily operation of the Cemetery. The City Manager is authorized to promulgate rules for the daily operation of the Cemetery, so long as said rules are not in conflict with the provisions of this chapter. The City Manager shall keep a record of all rules promulgated in connection with this section.
