1040.16 PRIVIES AND CESSPOOLS; PROHIBITED DISCHARGE INTO STORM SEWERS.

Privies, privy vaults and cesspools are prohibited. No person shall drain house sewage, of the kind permitted to be drained into sanitary sewers by Section 1040.13, into storm sewers.
