1040.13 ALLOWABLE DISCHARGE.

Allowable sewage discharge is waste water from kitchen sinks, laundries, water closets, urinals, latrines, washstands, bathtubs and cellars, but no cellar drain shall be connected except as provided in Section 1040.19.
