(a) Only three two-day garage or street sales, or two three-day garage or street sales, shall be conducted at a single residence address, in any twelve-month period.
(b) For those sales conducted on church or any other nonprofit property, only three two-day garage or street sales or two three-day garage sales shall be conducted by any single organization in any twelve-month period.
(c) No garage or street sale shall be held for more than three consecutive days.
(d) Any garage or street sale conducted for more than three consecutive days shall be deemed to be a temporary store, as regulated under Chapter 848 of these Codified Ordinances.
