812.11 SANITATION.

All bowling alleys shall be kept at all times in a clean, healthful and sanitary condition, approved by the Health Commissioner. The Manager shall have the power to determine if the rooms are so kept, and for such purpose shall, when desired, have the assistance of the Board of Health.
