Nothing contained in this chapter shall be construed to apply to any person selling any property at auction by virtue of any judgment, order or decree of any court. The provisions of Sections 804.01 to 804.03 shall not be construed to license any person to engage in the occupation of auctioneer, but are intended merely to regulate the sale of goods and other property at public auction.
