Every person desiring a license for the purpose mentioned in Section 804.01 shall pay to the Manager therefor $15.00 for the first day and $10.00 for each succeeding day thereafter, provided, however, that any permanent business location operated by a licensed auctioneer, and not exceeding two such operations per week, shall pay to the Manager a yearly fee for licensing of $30.00.
