The penalties for violating this chapter are as follows:
(a) Each owner or operator may, within 72 hours of the time the notice provided for in Section 456.06 was attached to the vehicle, pay to the City, through the Traffic Bureau, $7.50 as a fine for the violation.
(b) Each owner or operator may, within 30 days of the time the notice provided for in Section 456.06 was attached to the vehicle, pay to the City, through the Traffic Bureau, $15.00 as a fine for the violation.
(c) Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter and fails to make payment of the fine within either of the time periods provided for in divisions (a) and (b) of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor. The penalty shall be as provided in Section 408.01.
(d) Each additional hour or fraction thereof of overtime parking shall constitute a separate violation.
