456.06 NOTICE OF VIOLATION.

In addition to the duties of police officers provided for in Section 456.05, each police officer shall place on the vehicle a notice to the owner or operator thereof that the vehicle has been parked in violation of the provisions of this chapter and instructing the owner or operator to report to the City in regard to the violation.
