(a) The Fire Division shall be composed of a Fire Chief, part-paid fire fighters, part-time fire fighters and other members, who shall receive their respective salaries and wages every two weeks, payable 100 percent from the General Fund.
(b) The Chief of the Fire Division shall serve on a full-time basis and shall be covered by and subject to the employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy.
(c) Part-paid fire fighters shall be covered by and subject to the employee dishonesty and faithful performance of duty policy.
(d) Part-time fire fighters shall receive one hour of wages for each training session attended.
