The Communications Division shall be composed of clerk operators and radio operators, who shall serve all departments of the City, except that the operation of the leads computer terminal shall be under the sole control of the Chief of Police.
Clerk operators' and radio operators' wages shall be payable seventy percent from the General Fund, ten percent from the Street Fund, ten percent from the Sewer Fund and ten percent from the Water Fund, as per a separate contract.
