235.06   FINANCE CLERK; COMPENSATION; BENEFITS.
   The Municipal Manager is hereby authorized to create the position of Finance Clerk, who shall be under the direct supervision of the Finance Director. The Village Manager is authorized and directed to advertise for the position of Finance Clerk.
   (a)   The job description for the position shall be as follows:
      (1)   Entering data for all financial management, budget/account receivable and account payable, etc.
      (2)   Payroll for entire Village, file necessary reports monthly, quarterly and yearly, etc.
      (3)   Human resources information for the Village, etc.
      (4)   Workers compensation for the Village, etc.
      (5)   Cemetery - schedule interment, records, etc.
      (6)   Understanding the following processes - Income Tax (RITA), water and sewer billing, park, ambulance and police - charges for services, etc.
      (7)   Health insurance for the Village, etc.
      (8)   Performs other duties as required by the supervisor.
   (b)   The successful candidate shall exhibit the following qualifications:
      (1)   Completion of secondary education or equivalent.
      (2)   Coursework in accounting and or bookkeeping or related experience.
      (3)   Computer literacy.
      (4)   Ability to interact face to face with public and village officials.
   (c)   The Finance Clerk shall be paid an hourly wage in the range of six dollars and seventy- one cents ($6.71) and nine dollars and eleven cents ($9.11) per hour and shall be entitled to receive all benefits afforded to other full-time employees of the City. The hourly wage of the Finance Clerk shall be set by the Manager within the range set forth in this section.
