CHAPTER 236 Treasurer

EDITOR'S NOTE: Former Section 236.01 (Duties of the Treasurer) was repealed by implication by the adoption, by the voters, on November 6, 1991, of Sections 6.04 and 6.05 of the Charter. Former Section 236.02 (Investment of Surplus Funds) has been recodified as Section 235.05.
