(a) The Finance Director is hereby authorized to establish an account known as the Dangers of Drug Abuse Account. (Adopting Ordinance)
(b) The share of any fine imposed by a court against any person for violation of Ohio R.C. 2925.03 or Section 620.02 of the General Offenses Code shall be deposited in this account.
(c) The Police Division shall only use this account to subsidize law enforcement efforts that pertain to drug offenses, in accordance with the written internal control policy adopted by the Police Division that addresses the use of the fine monies that the Police Division receives.
