Authority is hereby granted to the Finance Director to ensure the City's participation in the State Treasurer's Investment Pool (Star Ohio), and to complete any applications and such other forms, on behalf of the City, as may, from time to time, be specified by the Treasurer of the State, in order for the City to participate in the State Treasurer's Investment Pool (Star Ohio).
