235.001 DIRECTOR OF FINANCE; COMPENSATION; BENEFITS.

(a) The position of Director of Finance is hereby established. The Director shall have the responsibilities, powers and duties as set forth in Sections 6.04 and 6.05 of the Charter.

(b) The Director shall be paid a salary in the range of twenty-four thousand ($24,000) to thirty thousand ($30,000) per year and shall be entitled to receive all benefits afforded to all other full-time employees of the City. The salary for the Director shall be set by the Manager within the salary range set forth in this section.
